Despite lots of competition that has popped up over the past few years, ClickTime has survived and surpassed expectations of them all. Great company to work for during an exciting time for sales! The product is solid and has been a leader in the market for 15+ years. There was a two month probationary period before you get any sort of benefits and an even longer wait before you can start a 401k. It is not okay to waste people's time who are looking for a legitimate job because you want to make it seem like the company is growing very rapidly. The recruiter at ClickTime once told me that some job postings are completely fabricated just to give the illusion of growth to the public. At one point, the company stuffed six interns into a single office because of the lack of office space. There was very little office space for ClickTime despite the fact that Mann Consulting employees are rarely in the office. The company shares its office (and even some IT equipment) with Mann Consulting, ClickTime's parent company. The facilities are very poorly maintained - I have seen people have to buy their own soap to put in the bathroom because the building doesn't take care of the restrooms. If you are applying for a Systems Administrator role, be prepared to do some desktop support. The main webpage looks modern, but once you log in, the app looks like it was built in the 90's. There is not much to learn as far as Information Technology goes at this company. It is unacceptable to play favorites when ergonomics come into play.Īs far as technology goes, the stack is very old and it doesn't seem like it will be modernized anytime soon. Should you have the opportunity to work for or with ClickTime - I recommend you jump at the opportunity. He takes personal pride in the success of the company, takes time out to mentor employees, and always has an open-door policy. They send quarterly gifts and plan employee teambuilding events that are actually fun.įinally, their CEO, Alex Mann is one of the kindest, most knowledgable people I have ever met. For example, on your anniversary month, they make a donation to a charity of your choice in your name. They also do the kindest things for their employees.

I honestly don't know how the PeopleOps team continues to recruit and maintain such amazing, high-quality people! This environment is truly an open-door environment and everyone is approachable. Every single ClickTime employee I've encountered in my 2.75-year tenure has been incredibly friendly, intelligent, and hard-working. Their culture is very family-friendly and extremely inclusive. ClickTime is hands down the best company I've ever worked for.
